Ok, I can't ever go back---I bought a dozen raw oysters for $18.99, --got them home and half of them were dead and completely inedible. You can EASILY tell when they are dead, they have a hollow sound that is VERY EASY to hear. I just figured since they are a seafood market and I was paying $19 for a dozen that they would at least check and give me good oyster--but nope! So folks, you really have to do better---seriously...

If I could rate a zero I would. This is my second attempt to go there. Paid $50.00 for 1 king crab leg. I've seen videos where it's a whole leg. I steamed it and opened to find a clump of crab in its leg. The clump was at the top not the whole leg. For $50.00 for 1 damn leg is crazy when the a lump of meat not a whole piece. Last time I went there it smelled of fish with the frozen snow crab. Should not smell like that or taste fishy. I will not ever go there again. Rip off but also smelly!!!! Not for the prices!!!!

Frozen fresh? Went to call but whent to a voice mail box at 10 am. Got sick off some grouper I got from there last time that they said was fresh but smelled weird. Squid smelled disgusting. They definitely washed it with chemicals or something. I'm a small business owner so I can't take hits like this. Place is a shame new management is pitiful and all trying to fill there pockets. From disrespectful employees and management to fish that smells like bleach I'm done with this place.

After some confusion to get to the retail store, it was awesome to purchase fresh grouper here. Very happy with the market price and selection. My woman cooked it up and was quite tasty! Thank you will return often

Such a nice driver! My friends and I were walking on Bayshore and were waiting to cross the road when a truck stopped all the traffic. As we walked across the street I saw it was a Whitney Seafood truck and knew with a driver this considerate, they have to be great!

Maybe it's just me? Probably not! I have spent over 20 min and several calls to find out if they had what I wanted available today. It's quite a drive so calling ahead and speaking with an actual person could save me a lot of time etc. I've bought from them many times over the years and have been fairly satisfied with their products. But they have the worst messaging system I've had the displeasure of using in some time. I then called trinity seafood (no this isn't an add for Trinity Seafood) and they answered immediately, answered my questions and that's where I went and will probably continue to go. Wish I knew about them sooner.

The store is clean, neat and appealing, but more importantly, the service is fantastic and the seafood is very high quality and fresh. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. It's my first choice for seafood.
