If you expect to repairs to last longer than 30 days, then don’t go to this company.
They came out to repair my washer on June 17, 2024. The washer wasn’t emptying the water out. The service man came he fixed it, or so he said, and he left.
Today is July 23rd 2024 and my washer is broken again.
I contacted my home warranty service who wanted to charge me $100 for it again and they suggested that I called the repair company. This one.
After waiting 25 minutes for them to answer the phone I was told that my case was closed and that I would have to pay again to have my washer fixed. So I asked her do you only fix things so they’ll last 30 days so that every month I have to call back in and spend another hundred dollars, she had no answer. They are partnered with American home shield and they are both snakes, evil companies
My suggestion, if you’re thinking about either one of them run

Reggie came by and gave a solid diagnosis with a plan of action. I appreciate the professionalism and care he gave me. He’s a great tech. This company is doing the best they can in a very under supported industry. They were originally suppose to come 30 days out but found time and came only after a couple days. Thank you.

Do NOT recommend A&E Repair. And this is A&E Repair in Port Richey, not A&E Factory Service they keep blaming for complaints. Charge for more than time on site (commercial building), you agree to do work and they charge you travel time AGAIN to come back out and do work (after paying travel time to diagnose). If you have tons of money and like overpaying, call A&E. Rude and don't need my business, they are "too busy" anyway they told me. Wow, OK. No thanks.

Great customer service! I use A & E for the commercial equipment at my Assisted Living Community in Tampa. They are professional and knowledgeable in their field. Their prices are competitive and I would not use another company. A & E Repair is my do to company!

A&E repair is a customer oriented company that offers same day services on commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. They have been offering there services to Tampa Bay area for over 25 years. They offer quotes on any kitchen and laundry equipment. As well as repairing broken equipment and offering new equipment as well. There technicians are certified and educated in there profession, as well as very curtious. There office staff is knowlegeable and very pleasant to talk to as well. You will not be disappointed when they show up at your business.

I scheduled services online, they rescheduled it 3 times with no warning, Also the stated they were on the way the rep passed by house and then rescheduled it for no reason.. OMG the service is horrible they don't call, they don't answer the phone, the reps don't give any reason for the rescheduling.
