I use this place all the time for shipping, vaccines and drugs. I’ve always had a good experience, but today was great!

I had someone named Hannah who helped me with a ridiculously complicated shipping return. I was overwhelmed with the different shipments and how they went together for customer boxing versus no box needed. More rules than I knew! Anyway, she was great and helped me get a stressful job done with a smile and attitude that made me feel well taken care of. Thanks Hannah!

Bayshore Pharmacy is way more than just pharmacy! They have Amazon and UPS shipping and return options and print/copy services that I’ve easily used. They are definitely my go-to for anything shipping related. Edwin and Sandy are super! They're always kind, friendly and helpful. The store has easy parking so you walk in and accomplish the task needed. I highly recommend Bayshore Pharmacy for Amazon returns, shipping and print/copy needs!

I would like to say that the staff at Bayshore pharmacy is a wonderful pharmacy I was with another big chain pharmacy for 14years that totally treated me terrible and Bayshore pharmacy has done nothing but help me and take care of the medication I need to function the staff is wonderful and kind and I would recommend definitely giving them a chance thank you again to the staff for helping me and taking me on as a new customer

Wow!!! I needed to fax something, and popped in to Bayshore Pharmacy and UPS store simply because I was driving past. I'm so glad I did. First, the care...of EVERYONE- even the Pharmacy staff, was felt. The steps that the agent took, to make sure my fax went through as clear as possible was reassuring. The pharmacist even took her time to help me understand the vaccines! What a Great place!!!!

This is a UPS store and a Pharmacy ..
I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Hannah ☺️Beautiful smile 😊 she was all smiles!!Customer service and her presence was very welcoming..She was doing both training in pharmacy and check out with UPS Customer..And Didn’t mess a beat👍..I really like Good customer service..

Always exceptional service and great attitudes. Ms. Patel and Hannah are never too busy to make me feel welcome and that I am a priority! The UPS store is convenient and always a pleasant, helpful experience. A refreshing relief to the big box pharmacies. 👍🙂
Update: I use this pharmacy and the UPS store regularly. I had a pharmacy pick up today and the level of client service by Ms Patel and Hannah are wonderful. The store was busy and yet they filled my prescription quickly!!! Again, not seen in the big pharmacies!!! Thanks to them both. Update: Hannah saved the day once again! There was an issue with the computers and she had it resolved and my meds to me in under ten minutes. Do not let her get away!!!!👍👍😁
