Everything was amazing! From the smoothies to the service. So glad we stopped by! I had the pineapple fusion smoothie and the protein latte. Both were fantastic. My wife had the peanut butter split and she loved it! Will definitely be back!

Main Question:
Is the food worth the price?

Answer: No. Unfortunately. I had high hopes for this place but the food was disappointing. More because for a place with nutrition literally in its name, the food is not nutritious.

Food:
I ordered the acai Bowl while my son ordered the everything waffle. The Acai Bowl was okay. It wasn't bad but it wasn't near the quality I would have expected for the price that was paid.

I have eaten at plenty of these places and the serving sizes are much larger for a less expensive option.

The everything waffle was true to its name. It had almonds, coconut shavings, sugary chocolate syrup, whipped topping, very thinly sliced strawberries, and quite a bit of other stuff including sugary caramel sauce. There was nothing nutritious about this everything waffle.  This was something I would expect to be served at a sit down run of the mill restaurant without nutritious options.

I asked about the granola that was going to go into the acai Bowl and Elizabeth, who is amazing and wonderful, showed me the ingredients consisted of sunflower oil, high fructose corn syrup, other ingredients that I just stopped right there because that is something I would be ingesting into my body when I'm looking for a healthier option and that would completely ruin the whole the acai bowl.

Atmosphere:
They have done a great job of decorating the inside. For a tiny place just starting out, they've done a really nice job of decorating. It wasn't the worst place I've ever been and it wasn't the best but it was nice and comforting.

Cleanliness:
This was spot on. Everything was as clean as can be except for, funny enough, the Uno cards for which we were playing while we waited for our food. They were kind of dirty and could tell that tons of people had their food written fingers over the cards. However, cards aside the tables were clean, the counters were clean, the floors, the bathrooms. It was a very clean place and I commend her on the cleanliness.

Service:
This is not your average sit-down restaurant but they do have a few tables for what you can sit at. They've done a nice job of placing the tables where they need to be to allow you to eat and leave enough room for the patrons entering and leaving the place in such a small area. Elizabeth is wonderful. She says that she'll take into consideration or suggestions. I left her the feedback telling her that I didn't think the options of having a marshmallow Oreo shake was very nutritious. When I hear Seabreeze nutrition as a restaurant, I expect there to be nutritious options and she understood and said she's always looking for newer places to get and obtain food. They have a lot of work to do to really get there. But, this section is about service. The service from her was great. This is not a typical sit-down restaurant where you get your order taken and then you get served. You go to the counter and order your food, pay and then they bring it out to you and then they clean up the dishes.

Price:
The food cost $40 for 1 acai bowl, 1 everything waffle and 1 protein shake.

Recommended:
No, based on this visit and the food, I cannot recommend this place as a nutritional place to eat. If you want to pretend that you're eating nutritious food and go here then yes the food is okay. I can get this type of food for $25 for 3 people and leave full.

Notes:
My disappointment is in the fact that this place is masking itself as a nutritious alternative because they have acai bowls. There was nothing I saw on the menu that was nutritious. Even the acai bowls made it non-nutritional with what they put in them. I understand this may be what people want but, I cannot recommend this as a nutritious place to eat.

I wish Elizabeth and her husband the best of luck but this is not a place to which I would return.

Staff member at the counter was friendly and very welcoming. The vibe is super relaxing. We ordered açaí bowls and smoothies. The ingredients are fresh and so flavorful! We will be back for sure!

Stopped here after driving by a few times and was welcomed by the friendliest host. She explained the menu and was very knowledgeable. The açaí bowl was the best I’ve had, about 20$ for bowl and a large sized drink. Will definitely be stopping here again. This place is a hidden gem in Cortez and a perfect stop if you’re headed to the island.

Very nice place with some great açaí bowls! We have been seeing their sign for açaí from driving by and had to stop in and glad we did! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and really wants to make a connection with you to have a great place to go to again and again! We will be back for sure to try everything they have to offer!

My gf and I stopped into Seabreeze Nutrition on the way to the beach and wow. 😮‍💨 The food was amazing as well as the service.

We happened to show up when there were 3-4 other orders ahead of us and Elizabeth (owner) was the only one there due to unforeseen circumstances. She remained extremely friendly, spoke in an inviting tone, and continued to apologize for the time it took to make the orders (it was not long at all)! Elizabeth was pleasant and made us feel very welcome in her place of business.

My girl and I both ordered their açaí bowl. The size was great, the base was bomb, and the fruit used tasted fresh.

Support Seabreeze if you’re looking for a refreshing treat before/at the beach. They are incredible!
