PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! Used to be good. Long enough customer 2011. Apparently asking the salesperson about any complaints and then questioning his answer (in light jokingly manner, "no complaints?""really" on product you are having a difficult time with (and explained) means employees can threaten you "you calling me a liar, bro?" and clearly a bad attitude afterwards telling me "if your calling me a liar, there's the door", cocky when asked to speak to manager says "I am the manager", ask for owners #, get a "get outta here b4 I call the cops". Never in my life have I experienced such horrible treatment from a company that deals with the public!! You were good 3-4 years ago and polite, now Homegrown Hydro off Baseline is crap! Prices still better on Amazon... Response to Companies lies; A) I didn't want a refund (but knowledge from staff, as u quoted, what am I doing wrong/how to do it right), it was clear I used too much for a return and for $3-$5? Come on now... B) Never threatened employee, but your employee threatened me. C) I find value in an establishment that is knowledgeable, treats their customers with respect &, here's the tough one for one GM apparently,,,, who do not take conversations with the public personally!!! PERIOD! Feel free to upload the security video and be sure to include a link for everyone here. Again, play ur security footage you'll see and I'll back that up all the way to court if you want.

I am new to starting a homegrown garden. I didnt know that so much goes into doing one and had so many questions that were all answered. Product I bought is amazing and my starters are coming along very well. Thank you for the exceptional service!

These guys need to pull their heads out of their behinds... I've had at least 5 different occasions where I was shorted on my items I've paid for i.e. lady bugs, hose, fittings, and flat out sending me out with the complete wrong product... When brought to their attention I was treated like it was my fault they didn't bag my items... Complete inconvenience, I will make the extra drive and attempt to find place where I can make 1 trip and get what I need.
