They will not pick up a dispensing unit that they were supposed to pick up years ago. Essentially they are leaving me the cost burden of disposing and removing old equipment. To top it all off they created a fake bill of sale to try and weasel out of their obligation. I never signed anything yet "Brandon Snively" thinks a fake bill of sale is good enough to not take responsibility. Awful people to do business with. Garret is cool, shout out to him.

Believe all the 1 star reviews. Been here since 12:25pm. It’s 6:35pm as im writing this. If the load from here not paying $3+ like the 1 im on it’s not worth the stress and pressure. Delivery appointment at 5am in bessemer alabama. 10hr drive still not loaded

No real time updates on loads even with 9 + hours delayed . Personal on shipping have no clue how this affects drivers and also careless, be aware I also call to be transferred to traffic and they transfer me back to shipping, really an honest response will help the driver bud NO

THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST PLACE TO DELIVER TO AS A TRUCK DRIVER!!! Appointment time was 9pm got here at 7:30pm I understand its a strict appointment only but now its 12:10 and there’s no answer on why i have been sitting…this will never have my time again

Last 2 visits have been perfect! In and out within the hour. Have to check in across the street on the other side of 27. Big lot, allow over night parking. Didn’t notice any restrooms for drivers

🧐I can't speak for anybody else. But I was late due to the last load taking eight hours to unload. And they still got me loaded in about an hour and a half. 😁 Overall not too shabby. 🤨

Side note. The factory was actually a rather interesting design. Partially due to the environment. Kind of a work of art if you're driving through it at night.🤔
