Growing Back To Eden is an excellent source for organic products. From the kombuchas to the kimchi, the fresh greens and more. Farmer Nick sure knows how to grow and produce some of the best quality goods around. I’ve had the pleasure to work along side Farmer Nick in the garden over the years and he is an absolute blessing. His love for the soil and his love for the Lord is something beautiful. If you haven’t tried his produce you are truly missing out! Farmer Nick is one of the hardest working people I know, he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about everything he does - take a walk on his farm, buy some plants and try his products. You will immediately see that he pours his heart and soul into everything he touches. I highly recommend Growing Back To Eden Farm & Ministry.

I’ve been purchasing both plants and produce from Nick from Growing Back to Eden for a while now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The quality of the plants is consistently excellent—healthy, vibrant, and clearly well-cared-for. Every product I’ve gotten has exceeded my expectations, whether it’s fresh vegetables, herbs, or starter plants for my garden. If you are looking for organic produce in citrus county this is your place! These guys are doing it right! My family and I were visiting from out of town on a Monday, (the farmers market is typically on Saturday) and they were really awesome to let us walk through the beautiful gardens/nursery…all the plants looked so happy and healthy and Nick was kind to answer all of our questions. Will definitely be stopping back here for the market next time im in the area.

As we entered the gate of Growing Back to Eden, like a Sanctuary, I felt a warm embrace and breath of fresh air on this natural farm filled with life. We parked our Happier Camper along the fence, with a wooded lot on one side offering privacy and an open view from the other side of our travel trailer, to marvel at the movements of this working farm in all it’s bounty and beauty. One morning, we offered our helping hands “getting deep in the dirt” discussing the importance of soil health as it relates to our gut health cultivating food in a sustainable way. Farmer Nick taught us how to harvest various plants, schooled us in Bok Choy and Pak Choi, and inspired us with the vision of his Ministry. We purchased fresh mixed greens, broccoli flowers, and Blueberry Roselle Balsamic Vinaigrette that is so delicious I want to pour it on everything. We highly recommend and plan to visit again! Bonus: Farm Dog Willow was a source of boundless joy. Thank you for hosting our first Harvest Host experience!

Growing Back To Eden is truly a hidden gem in Citrus County! From the moment you step onto the property, you can feel the love, care, and purpose behind everything they do. The produce is absolutely top-notch—fresh, vibrant, and full of life. I love that it's all grown with organic and sustainable practices.

The CSA program is a blessing, providing an amazing variety of fruits, vegetables, and other farm goodies each week. You can tell this is more than just a farm—it's a community and a ministry. Everyone I've met has been kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do.

Their Saturday market is a must-visit if you're in the area. I Highly recommend supporting this incredible place!

I had the pleasure of visiting this awesome organic farm on my way to Crystal River for the weekend with my family. I called from the road, and Nick kindly let us come by at dusk — what an amazing encounter! Nick was very welcoming, and the quality of the produce is outstanding.

It's so refreshing to meet passionate, talented people who truly know how to care for the soil and the environment while running a low-impact, sustainable business. The farm itself is beautiful — one of the cleanest, most organized, and well-structured produce farms I've ever seen.

We’ve been enjoying Nick’s fresh veggies for several days now, and I can’t recommend this farm enough. Be sure to check out his Saturday morning on-site market — he even sells seedlings for those looking to grow their own! A true breath of fresh air and an wonderful experience

My boyfriend and I were in town to camp overnight and realized earlier in the day we didn't quite bring enough to eat so I decided to give Nick a call to see if we could stop by to get some produce to snack on after finding the farm on google. Turns out we'd missed the hours he was open but he answered and was available and offered for us to come by anyways! He pulled some carrots and radish up fresh and had a bag of spring mix ready to go. It was nice to have a big salad with his homemade blueberry vinaigrette dressing when we got back to camp! We also got a few plants to bring back to our garden at home and we loved meeting his dogs and sheep! Overall 10/10 experience!! Happy we came across Growing Back to Eden Farm & Ministry!
