All right, so the overall visit was great. There’s a lot of plants to pick out and choose from. There is a lot to see and do here, definitely a great experience to enjoy with yourself, for a date, or simply with your family. This was one of those spare last minute moments of “hey, let’s go check it out and see what all is new”.

I think the customer service side of things here are great. They were very helpful and kind. They helped me out and have more knowledge about certain plants.

I’m definitely bringing a book to read for next time visit.

Backyard elegance with great food. Braised short ribs and crispy brussel sprouts over a bed of grits and fresh grown mushrooms is a must! Two day leavened bread served in a ceramic pot is a treat. Busy place with outdoor seating amongst indoor trees and flora gardens. Tables nestled within the garden areas. Get reservations first.

We booked a surprise birthday gathering for our mom at the Arch Dining Area inside the Botanic. It gave an outdoors feeling with the windows open allowing the wind to breeze through. The ambiance of the area was so peaceful with a small waterfall nearby. Our host Carson, along with Eden and Lindsey, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. Customer service goes a long way & leaves a lasting impression. We could tell that they were genuinely excited as we were for the birthday girl to arrive and be surprised! The food was top tier. There was literally nothing on my plates that I did not like...everything was so flavorful. Favorite from the brunch buffet that I must mention are; the biscuits & sausage gravy, honey roasted carrots, the tender roast, & ham....oh and we loved the waffle bar. If you're thinking about hosting an event here...then this is your sign to call them & get it booked!

This is an amazing, fantasy-themed restaurant. It’s clear that a lot of investment and effort have gone into creating this place, and it shows in every detail. The staff are kind and professional, and the food is delicious—mouth-watering, in fact. The lunch and dinner menus have different themes, and the Sunday lunch buffet is also fantastic. I can’t pick a favorite part because everything is beautiful. The restaurant complex includes a cafe, bar, gift shop, greenhouse, and a lake. Highly recommended!

First timers here. My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 15th year anniversary here eating at the grille. We heard great reviews and decided to book a reservation. I mentioned that it was a surprise to my wife and wanted to know if there was anything they could do special. They gave me several options of flowers potted or in a bouquet with a personal note. We noticed the personal message on the menu when we arrived also. The service was very professional, the food was very delicious and portions were big. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. I would high recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

This place is breathtaking! A botanical oasis would be the way I would describe it and the food matched the scenery. Definitely will be back and thinking of hosting a dinner party!

Order: “Spooky drink” special of the month, Bowl of Pumpkin soup, Fall Harvest Salad, Blackened Salmon(substituted the rice for carrots that were DELICIOUS)
Seared Halibut (substituted the rice for Brussel sprouts)

We chose to celebrate our 12th anniversary here, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, and the service exceptional, especially the bartenders' flexibility in crafting drinks based on our preferences. The atmosphere was perfect for our celebration, with a surprising botanical environment that added to the charm. Despite not having a reservation, they made the effort to accommodate us, which we appreciated.

We loved ending our evening with a glass of wine on the comfortable couches at the bar. The charcuterie table we ordered was one of the best we've ever had.

First time here...you have to make a reservation...we had to make one more then a month out.. Saturday dinner at 5:15. Very nice place with the pond and wildlife, greenhouse, gardens, bar area with live music, restaurant and market. If you like to take pictures with your party, you can definitely get some good ones here! Had charcuterie board appetizer, 2 waters, ceaser salad, pork loin special and cheese tortellini...$150 ish. Food was very good, I didn't particularly care for the tomatoe and peas stack that came with the pork loin, tasted very earthy but my husband didn't mind it. Did take awhile to get our entree's after finishing our appetizer...at least 45 mins. Service was great though, everyone was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant! Portions are good sizes and the menu was personalized with our name on it which I thought was such a cute touch! Went to the market afterward, which was open until 9pm...got a piece of blueberry cheesecake and peanut butter cream cheese brownie, they were not bad, nothing spectacular but not bad. Definitely recommend trying this place at least once.
