It's not horrible, but not great! Just extremely average, and boring. In response to all the folks who complained of garbage, and drug junkies, I'd say it's improved! I will say that the one glaring, and ongoing issue this neighborhood has is they close the pool on any random day, and when it's closed, good luck on it being re-opened on a human time scale, similar to the early/late Spring seasonal closures for whatever excuse. They basically find whatever reason they can use to keep the pool closed for 6 to 9 months of the year because it's too cold to use by November.

Visited here a few times and gotta say, I'm impressed with what they have going on. Mostly lower income and retired people. The HOA is active in the GOOD way and has cleaned out almost all problem people/derelict homes. They have volunteers who help the elderly, a food bank for people on hard times, a community shop (with some very good hearted folks running it) and nice amenities. Cleanest bathhouses I've ever seen. Also they're renovating/re-painting and doing other beautification things. I'm a fan. Only downside is the water plant here has a lot of issues im seeing. I can take showers with it but I prefer to drink spring water from the store.

This Resort is definitely community driven, before moving in I ran into a couple of issues. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure that I was situated before they clocked out. The empathy and kindness I received is unmatched. When you enter the resort you can expect a remote security system that operates the gate. The property is big and the streets are one way so I would recommend looking at the map before you come. Pool, park and bathhouse are conveniently located and the store provides a variety of things like hot food, snacks and basic grocery items so you don’t even have to leave the park if you need milk , eggs ect.

The folks that work the gate are very disrespectful and rude. I as an uber driver tried picking up a passenger and they refused to let me in. He raised his voice while being very nasty to me. Gates are broken and when I turned around at the gate there was druggy needles in the road AT THE FRONT GATE!! 3/14/25

We are owners for 8 yrs, so Lot fees are great right now plus electric. It is family friendly but most of my neighbors are elderly Snow birds and I can't go anywhere else for the price we pay, so I love it. It's very quiet for the most part, there's allot worse out there in better communities. It used to be called Yogi Bear Campground back in the day, and it's not all booshie so the name confuses some who visit. It is an RV, Travel Trailer, 5th Wheel, Park model, Park with an entry Gate. It has some issues like anywhere else, but they've been cleaning it up. Retired folks and Community Patrol keep eyes on things, and the Police are contacted if need be. Most neighbors look out for you if you get to know them and I've made a couple of great friends. The pool is nice and the Trading Post store recently opened back up so that helps if you dont want to go to far.

Hard to believe there's a place so corrupt and unlawful as this. They charging money for services, and when say your trash sits in your yard because you pay them to pick it up and that doesn't happen you then get fined for the trash sitting in your yard. If you can't pay that fine they take you to court and whether you win or lose that case you still have to pay the $3,000 in lawyer fees for them. And if you don't pay that they essentially take your house and kick you out. I really wish somebody could do something about them.

This place was a drug haven. I can hardly believe it is called a resort. I will say the pool was really nice. We spent our time there.
