Great place for a delivery! Arrived Sunday evening for a Monday delivery. If you arrive early, after turning from 17 on JP Hall Blvd (there is no light and no signs on 17) take 1st left you come to and enter property. There's a ginormous staging/parking area for OTR trucks on left side. Please don't throw your garbage out or piss bottles. This is a great place to relax for the evening.
They start receiving at 0800. Go across the road and stop at the gate. A guard will get your info and tell you what door to go to. Slide your tandems to rear and chock your tire. She came and got my paperwork and took it into receiving. It took them about 45 min to unload me. After empty, the guard brought my paperwork back out to me and I was on my way! Excellent Calavo! You need to do a training class for all receivers! Thanks for keeping it classy!

Also, it was raining and nowhere close to stop to grab a snack. Domino's DOES deliver, but you cannot order on the app, as It states they do not deliver to that address. I called the Domino's in Green Cove Springs and ordered, and 30 minutes later, the delivery driver showed up! (Just a tidbit)

One of the warehouses. Large asphalt overnight truck parking. Toilet inside shipping office. Respectable stuff. Fast unloading. They bring BOL to driver

Very nice and helpful people here. Will make sure you understand what you need to do, and are very fast at getting you in and unloaded.
Kim, in the receiving dept, was exceptionally helpful, as was Rob, the driver that was helping me out when I arrived.
Go by and see them. You won't be disappointed!!!

Young lady at check in is very nice. Pretty fast. But make sur you have DOT# Truck and Trailer tag #'s and state at check in I know its unusual but will save you a trip to the truck.

Bad behavior from the big fat guy with a bird behind the window. Been waiting for 30 min in front of it and still not checked in because they’re doing something on their fuскing computers and no one is paying attention to me. Instead of checking me in on two minutes and let me go so I can have a little rest after driving for 11 hrs they didn’t care about my time. This is not a way of doing business.

First of all there is overnight parking second of all never have a problem getting in and out unloading times is usually within 2 hours
