Hands down the worst customer service. I’m the fleet and logistics manger for my company. We purchased 12 king sprayer spray units with the 50 gallon tank. Two weeks into using these the pumps started falling off the framing and other nuts and bolts started falling off. Upon inspection, I saw that none of the spray rigs were built with lock nuts or lock washers or anything to help keep the bolts secured. I contacted Rollie Helsi, our sales rep, about the issues and his response was, “oh, well. It’s water under the bridge.” Seriously!! That’s your response after I spent over $30k with your company buying something?!?!? So we needed 15 more spray rigs for our fleet, guess who we DIDN’T buy these rigs from? We purchased them from Solutions Pest and Lawn. I HIGHLY recommend Solutions Pest and Lawn over Sprayer Depot 10 out of 10 times. Customer service just is everything. Standing behind what you sell tells me everything I will ever need to know about a company. I will NEVER do business with sprayer depot for anything at all.

I am an ISA Certified Arborist who works for a family owned tree service in Austin, Texas. Our PCH program has continued to grow year after year to the point that we needed a dedicated professional tree health care truck. I searched hi and low lookin for one that would fit our needs and along the way spoke to many individuals that swore by their products but couldn’t answer simple questions regarding their own rigs. All of that changed when I got in touch with Brandon at sprayer depot. This gentleman was asking me questions to make sure his product met all of our needs or if need be he could build one that did. This was the first professional PHC vehicle I had ever purchased and I didn’t know much about them. Brandon was a life saver. He not only figured out everything we needed in our everyday operations but also sent me a YouTube video explaining how everything worked. Because of their design we were able to wrap it and use it as one of best tools for advertising. It has a unique design and is constantly getting complements. This is the easiest company to work with and the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced in any industry. I am a Texas lawn treatment company and I have been ordering parts and equipment from Sprayer Depot for a couple of years now, but just recently was in the market for a custom built spray rig. I shopped around a little bit and talked to some different companies, but ended up hiring Sprayer Depot to build it for a few reasons. #1 their price was competitive and #2 they were extremely detailed in all of the components they were going to be using to build it with, the price for each of those parts and then the labor to weld and put everything together. No other company I dealt with sent me a detailed breakdown on pricing like this. I worked with Brandon, who knows the ins and outs of spray rigs and who's customer service is unmatched. The team at Sprayer Depot designed and built the rig and then sent me pictures of everything to make sure it was what I wanted. There was one thing about the hose reel stands that I wanted changed, but wasn't going to be easy. Without hesitation though, they scrapped their first try and re-welded the entire hose reel frame how I wanted it and then sent more pictures. Since I have received the completed rig, (which they did a terrific job of crating up to avoid damage in shipment), I have been super pleased with everything. There was one thing I had to mess with on the rig when I got it, which wasn't even Sprayer Depot's fault, but they felt bad about it, so they sent me about $200 worth of parts for no charge! I will definitely be hiring Sprayer Depot to build all of my future spray rigs, because I am a huge fan of this kind of customer service. I hope they are in business for decades to come and they will be with the level of service they're delivering in 2020. - Randy Clark

Sprayer Depot didn't have the main part I actually needed in stock. they promptly emailed me to let me know, and that it would be there in a couple of days. I started looking for the part elsewhere. Before I could even locate one, I received another email stating the part was in, and the order was being shipped. I am so grateful and impressed with the communication and speedy order process, all the way to receiving my order. I will definitely order from Sprayer Depot again!!
