They carry all products needed for concession. Extremely expensive on paper products, customer service as far as communication is terrible. If looking for customer service and communication this is not the place. 12 years dealing with them and have not seen a rep in 4 years. They expect you to email order 3 days in advance, You must put product numbers, if you forget to send an order they do not place a call or email to remind you. If inquiring about a product or price, it may take several weeks and several emails to get reply. Don't ask this question when emailing your weekly order because they will never reply to that . All you get when you send order is generic computer generated email saying thank you for your business your order will be processed and delivered on next delivery date. They don't care. After 12 years , instead of calling and asking for an updated tax certificate , knowing the number never changes, they simply charge you sales tax until you notice and contact them. Easier for them to just change settings on your account than to call or email you. Product is normal Gold Medal product but customer service at this location is worst in country. Been dealing with Gold Medal in other parts of country better than 40 years and never seen a location like this one. If you are not one of the big theme parks they think they are doing you a favor selling to you and could care less one way or the other.

I honestly don't know how they stay in business. I have called and left messages. Sent emails. Sent requests for a quote from their website. I have probably contacted them at least a dozen times over the last year and have yet to receive a response. I guess they just aren't interested in new business.

It is now being almost 2y since we first started to order from Gold Medal and we like to do business with them a lot. First of all they have great customer service, good selection of products and just easy to work with. We highly recommend this company!
