I got here the night before appt. Was able to pull around back of building to rest. Forklift driver told me which door to back into at 0400 because he said it would get real busy come morning. The morning crew was curios as to why I didn't get unloaded the night before. I expect confusion just starting a new account, no problem they unloaded me right away. Parking, and docking are tight due to employees parking illegally.

Getting in and out of here is a nightmare when the OTR trucks come in and park all over the place. Looks like they should be able to figure out where to park so another big rig can get to the dock. SMH.

We were loaded quickly even though we were there a few hours early for pick up. Employees were very nice.

Doors all locked, no one knows who you check in with to get loaded. Only person I found was really rude and said they would let some one know I was here, waited over an hour, still no one.
