Been here 4 hours at the door and still not finish loading. The lady was nice but the loading process took too long for a small company. Need to organized it better. These people’s DESTROYING your trailer while loading

Drive all the way to the docks, park overnight. Appointment 8 am checked in 7 30 am. Docked at 9 30 am. Out 11. I was the only one on the dock and they took forever.

Office ladies were super nice but the loading guy had something going on with him. I could not imagine in my wildest dream if someone can load a trailer like that. The banging and knocking inside the trailer was so hard that i really feared that my trailer will fall apart (believe me i am not exaggerating here). It was visible that he was taking out his frustration on my equipment and he did the same to the driver loading next to me. Also it took 3.75 hours to load here with an appointment (i arrived before appt time). Loading apace is tight here but docks are fairly spaced apart. Someone in the management needs to send this short bearded loading guy to anger management classes before an unfortunate incident happens here.

Always a great place to get loaded. Pull in park your trailer in a spot across from docks. Walk to shipping and door is usually assigned, depending how busy they are. Drivers this is why you park across from docks. Space is limited and it helps to keep the traffic moving.

Only one star as you know the drill. 07:00 appt arrived at 06:45 in a door by 0:700 still loading at 09:46. A bit too long. I cannot stand how these s shippers and receivers need to hold a driver up as long as they do. No good reason and unnecessary!!!!!!!

My advice, avoid bringing a load or picking up, this place is a joke, 8:00am appointment, one hour pass by and they still haven’t sign me a door, really bad place for truck drivers. Avoid, avoid, avoid coming to this place.
