We're at the point of the plantation and it was pretty nice. Although the plantation has shrunk, it's still an awesome place to go to shop

My husband and I visited my sister for a week and of course we had to see "the Pig." We both retired from the retail grocery business and were excited to see it, me most especially because I remembered from a very early memory our great grandma taking us to one in the late 50s. My husband, who was in management was very impressed with the operation and I was impressed by the selection of products and the outright friendliness of all the staff. The store was clean and fully stocked, adequately staffed, and the prices were outstanding. Easy to get to and great location. Sadly, they were out of the Pig t-shirts so I went home without a souvenir.

Wine Pairing dinner at Piggly Wiggly in this shopping center. Kathy Kellett (wines) and Lavonne Lane (foods) always a winner. Pairings were excellent

Overall a good little local shopping center. Traffic can be a little unruly and you'll want to be very careful making turns because the size of the turn lanes leaves a bit to be desired, but, if you're paying attention (as you should be anyway) then you should be fine.
