Great food and superb service. I needed a cake in a hurry because we hadn't known whether my daughter would be out of the hospital in time for her birthday. They custom-made a cake with special frosting in just a couple of hours, and it was perfect!

If I could give them a zero rating I would. I called in and emailed a picture of the cake I wanted done for my daughter's 1st birthday. I preordered the cake 3 weeks before her party and was set to pick up the day of her party at 10 am and her party was at 2 pm . I arrived and guess what ? No cake! They forgot to pull her order so they did not make it at all. They showed no empathy or anything. There was another lady waiting on her cake as well and they did not have it ready either. Absolutely do NOT depend on them. I had to go to Publix and buy a premade cake the day of her party so we would have a cake for her birthday. So if you plan to order from them, you better have a back up plan in place! Thank you Celebrations for ruining my daughter's 1st birthday party. They also don't check their email so don't waste your time.

My son wanted an Irish flag on his bday cake called other places nothing, called celebrations,customer service,awesome,best cake ever.I have told everyone,even passed samples out..thank y'all

I love the staff and the cakes. I order all the time from this bakery and there are tons of bakeries nearby but Celebrations Red Velvet is my favorite. This is the 2nd time hair, long strands have been in my cake. I suggest hair nets for everyone becomes a requirement.
