I just wanted to come in and again give this place 5 stars. I went today and only had a certain amount to spend. I really wanted a specific strain and some pre rolls and it came out to be a little more than I had. They worked their magic to be able to fit my budget, and even covered the extra $2 I didn’t have. Farm Fresh always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!!!

This place is awesome. The staff is always so friendly and always helps me get the most out of my money. It’s really nice to have a dispensary in town that is not money hungry and cares about their customers. Today is my birthday and they threw in a couple free joints also ?

Come in for 15 percent off disposables Monday, 3rd time now they are out of 2 gram disposables… you would think they would stock the shelves for the sale Monday? Update came in Tuesday they had it. They also hooked me up. Thankful for the kind young lady behind the counter, much appreciated

I visit this place often, and the budtenders are usually friendly and very helpful. However, today I was assisted by Phil, and the experience was disappointing. When I asked about the deals, he started listing them off. I interrupted to inquire specifically about the deal on wax, and his response was, 'Don't interrupt me, let me finish. For some reason, stoners aren’t very good listeners and are hard to communicate with.' I was honestly baffled by this response—it was completely unwarranted and unnecessary. His attitude ended up costing him a sale on wax. If this is the new standard for customer service, I might have to start going to Story of Lake Havasu instead.
