We had a hangar wall that was damaged by snow, ice and a snapped off vent pipe from last winter. Could not find any company that was willing to do quality work until we called Johnny of Acorn Maintenance Repair. Johnny and his crew actually showed up both days on time and ready to go to work. Worked nine hours the first day with a half hour for lunch, and about five hours the second day with no breaks. Johnny and Acorn was able to complete the job in less than two days in a professional manner as well as cleaning up the job site afterward. He did exactly what he said he would do, which seems to be rare nowadays. Very pleased!

I hired Johnny Perry to help me in my home remodel project to install LVP flooring and new baseboards. My experience with other handymen had been dismal to say the least, and to tell you the truth, I wasn’t expecting much.

Boy oh boy, was I pleasantly surprised!

Johnny showed up on time, was extremely professional and personable, and the quality of his work and dedication to his craft were very impressive! You just don’t find workers with his caliber and high standards anymore.

My new baseboards and flooring are gorgeous! Precision mitered cuts. The word “sloppy” is not part of Johnny’s vocabulary. He truly takes pride in the outcome of his work.

First time using them and it was for a power washing/stain project. Johnny was extremely professional and the work completed was perfect. I also appreciated the communication on how and what would be done to best match different types of cedar wood and the attention to detail. There is an art to applying stain correctly and Johnny can do this. I'm very satisfied and will use them again for future projects.

I've had Johnny at acorn do several jobs for me upgrading my home and he has always done an excellent job at a fair price! I needed my bathroom remodeled and wanted a nice granite sink installed to raise the value of my property. He knew just what to do and saved me hundreds of dollars by suggesting the best place to buy materials! I found a few other companies that quoted me at a much higher rates and a few that would do it for cheaper but I decided to stick with acorn because I've had a great experience with them in the past. Since Johnny started doing work for me I've had a bunch of friends ask who I hired and I will always suggest using acorn maintenance and repair for any upgrades or remodeling needs. Thanks johnny!
