Best birria tacos in Alaska! I have to eat it slowly to savor every bite! The cilantro salsa was surprisingly delicious for a nacho dip! Horchata is delicious too, Iif only I can keep on drinking but got full from the tacos!! Met Ms. Lucia, such a nice lady and really great to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend this place, especially if you've been looking for an authentic taste like home ♥️

Love both the Eagle River and Wasilla locations! Great spots for Mexican food. Coming from Texas, these are my go-to places for a tasty bite whenever I'm in the area. 😊 Love their margs too!

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to.
To begin, my daughter's silverware was dirty. Then, they brought our food, except my grandson's to cheeseburger, it NEVER arrived. The waitress claimed they were making sure the burger was "extra well done."
After my daughter, then son in law found hairs in their food, I sought out a manager. The manager heard my complaint, appeared horrified that this was happening and assured me she was going to take care of it. She disappeared into the kitchen, never to be seen again.
I finally lost my patience after 45 minutes and demanded that our entire meal be comped. We paid for our drinks and left. I will NEVER set foot in the parking lot let alone the restaurant.
Avoid this establishment at all cost as they clearly do not care about you or your dining experience.

This place hands down gets 5 stars for its awesome customer and delicious authentic Mexican food. Be warned their serving sizes are huge, and you more than likely will be put into a food coma like I was. Their chips are 💣 I forgot to mention.

Wow! Chepos is definitely a hidden gem. Our server was exceptional. He was very professional, efficient, and kind. The food was also hot and tasty! All of their salsas were fresh and delicious.

I was warmly welcomed and seated promptly. The music will make you move in your seat. I had a top shelf Margarita on the rocks that was dangerously delicious! Paired with crispy chips and three dipping options. My favorite was the green sauce.
Diego was a attentive, and professional. Robert went above and beyond to ensure I had a fabulous experience. He had great recommendations, friendly disposition and even assisted me with a charger when my phone died unexpectedly! I will most definitely be back! 😁

I can’t believe I only have pics of drinks. Scallops Maya and Shrimp Chipotle are my fav dishes. And their guacamole and queso with spinach are healthy choices. Ernesto and Claudia are top notch servers and make things easy. Not as fancy as the one in Wasilla, but a fine meal and great place
