Newer facility that is extremely clean and well maintained. The employees provide consistent great customer service. Easy access right off the freeway. May not be good for the trucker looking for a place to sleep (seriously, only one star because you can't sleep there?), but great for the rest of us travelers.

Spent a couple hours here after our rental car overheated nearby. I was feeling frantic about the situation and Dominic was extremely helpful, providing an address, details about the location that I could easily relay to the service rep helping me on the phone. He tracked down receipts from two hours prior so we could get compensation. Dominic was great, never made me feel like a bother and I sure was needy.

Also shout out to the in-store Subway for letting us chill. Food was great also.

Overall, the entire store is clean and well staffed. There were several people on-staff keeping the place in great shape and the registers were always staffed as well. Plenty of supplies here for your trip out of town.

Bathrooms were clean and since we're a family of three we were all grateful for it.

If we had to break down somewhere, I'm grateful it was here. It was 110 outside and this place was brisk, keeping us cool while we waited.

Unbelievable you come in to the store to use the restroom and the girls are trying to force you to hurry and use the restroom because they need to clean the restroom, unbelievable I can’t believe how rude they are here can’t even use the restroom peacefully without them knocking on the door every two minutes and asking are you done are you done, “no I’m not done I’m done when I leave the front door”....

Went on a road trip last week, and on the way back, me and my son stopped at this store to fuel up, get some snacks, and use the facilities. As soon as we walked in we heard someone screaming and yelling. At first i thought it was a customer. but, as we got further into the store, i realized it was an employee of this Shell. As we did our shopping, a girl emerged from the back of the store, yelling and screaming to the top of her lungs and using a LOT of profanity!! ...I couldn't believe this was happening, as i think behavior like this is very unprofessional and inappropriate especially when you're at work, knowing full well that customers are in the store. After about 5 minutes of her yelling, we quickly left! .... Once we got home, i contacted the store to speak with the manager about this, and was told she wasn't there. So, i explained the issue to the person on the phone, who seemed very disinterested in my complaint. Needless to say, the next trip we take, i will absolutely steer clear of this gas station. ...You should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring such an unprofessional employee!
