Did not open for nearly hour after posted time. Lanes often needed serving while playing

Surprisingly I'd give this place five stars. Not because it's the nicest bowling place, but it's one of the nicer ones for being older. My family loves bowling, we've gone to a lot of lanes, but we walked into this one it was cleaner than most of them and didn't have that old smell. They had a little arcade room, a place to buy food, and lots of lanes. But we really liked the bowling lane system, the desks that you sit at to score. Those of all been updated and they're very fast, they count your score well, and the pins get reset much faster than other places. We felt like the game went smoother and faster during the transition of players. Plus we dealt with one of the workers, and he was such a nice guy. He was probably about 19 had a bunch of piercings, all dressed and dark, but he was such a nice kid. Really was kind of us, helped us out a bit, was very patient as we brought in a bazillion children.

At the service counter, they have a 10% military discount. However, they do not accept a government issued driver's license or ID that says veteran at the bottom.
I don't typically review like this, but to be told that it's not accepted by the form of ID even though it's accepted by the government is a very piss poor customer service policy.

I really wanted to rate this place a 5 star until. So I came in with my disabled client, who is a paraplegic, but loves bowling. We ran slightly late into our game, and it was apparently bowling league night. The bowling league people demanded that they needed their table. Even though we were still playing our game. The staff that we're working did absolutely nothing they cared more about. The bowling leagues needs more than just a solo customer.

this is a fun bowling alley. it costs 19 an hour, 11 for 30 mins, or 5 dollars per person per game. we went around 2 on a Saturday and it was not busy when we got there but by three time we left it was beginning to fill up. as far as I know they do black light or neon bowling.

Trash service. Went in on a Tuesday night. Got a lane. Lane didn't want to return balls after a couple frames. Moved lanes. A few frames in, that lane also didn't want to work. Was moved again. After asking for assistance, 30 minutes later, were told by the manager that it was league night and they'll eventually get to us. 20 minutes later, no help when the third lane failed. Apparently there was a mechanic back there. Moved to a fourth lane that was the second lane had already. Same issue. Paid for 1 hour, had maybe 40 minutes of play before the game was killed by staff. 2 hours in total.
Management was trash and blamed a 16 year old staff member after communicating to her directly and league. Manager then claimed we shouldn't have even been allowed to play on league night in the first place.
All Trash except the 16 year old. He was the most helpful. Far more than the management

Despite a couple hiccups with the computer not scoring correctly it was great. Helpful employees. Snack bar only had one employee doing all the work and she did great. Food was pretty good.

I enjoyed bowling there. Friendly attendant. For whatever reason though there was no one at the snack stand. that took away from the total bowling experience. the building itself needs attention, but the bowling was very fun and a convenient location!
