Bought a brand new L2501 less than 5 years ago... when it was Fouts Tractor. It was great then. It's horrible now under the new owners. Fouts honored the 6 year warranty very well and always helped out with their own awesome warranty that was 6 years too. Their warranty stood alongside Kubota's warranty. Fouts would fix anything electrical that would go wrong for 6 years too, not just power train.

I've taken my tractor to the new Bama Tractor or whatever they call themselves.. and will not grandfather in the customers that bought from Fouts during their 6 year warranty. The new owners have "fixed" the same fuel shutoff cylinoid twice and still goes out/stops working within 3 months. They still make me pay for the same fix that they never fix. I guess there isn't any good customer service anymore!

Have bought equipment, implements and parts from Fouts. Great bunch of folks that are knowledgeable and helpful. Only thing I can't tell you is how the maintenance shop is as I have only ever needed them to mount a new FEL; this they did on time and well. Prices are reasonable, people are excellent!

I would like to start out by saying I've done quite a bit of research on kubota's equipment before deciding on purchasing one but it wasn't as much about the equipment as it was about the purchasing and the people at this location they were the nicest and kindest and made it the easy experience with no pushy salesperson they let me walk the lot and try out any of the equipment without being like a car salesman trying to just sell you something that they have they ask about the things that I thought meant the most in making a purchase of this kind of equipment if you have the chance to try to go by please talk to Lane Chandler he is a sales manager but you wouldn't know that because he treats you like family and we'll go above and beyond means to help you any way he can this is truly been a lifetime experience for me I will continue to buy my equipment from this company as long as I can and this comes from a former CEO of an incorporated company myself and this is the kind of business that companies should strive to achieve I'll rate them at five stars in above just for the way they do business

DIFFICULT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

Both times I have been here the parts folks haven’t been very helpful, not interested in researching parts, and in fact I found them to be quite contentious towards their customers, not just me as I stood in line waiting for 2 people to help (err send away empty handed) the person in front of me.

The sad part is they don’t realize we drive from several counties away to do business with them in support local business; although I could get the same part online, faster, cheaper, and delivered to my house.

I guess some out of state company (messicks) is gonna get my money, sure wish I could of helped local small business.

Meeting with Mark Smith talked to him about a new tractor. Not pushed at all and he explained everything to me.
I left to come home and go over the numbers and I will buy from this long running business. Great people.

We have bought from Fouts Tractor several times since 2011. We first visited them in 2011 shortly after the April 2011 tornadoes (which our property was victim of and need of serious clean up). My husband went in there set on buying a bigger tractor. Josh listened to what we needed and actually talked my husband down to the smaller more compact BX25 tractor. He assured us that this was the best for our needs at the time and boy was he ever so right! He could have just let my husband get the more expensive tractor but Josh was all about making sure the customer gets the right fit. So technically he lost out of a few thousand dollars that day down selling us on the tractor which was the right decision for us at the time, but it paid off for them over the years with our return business. At the time we only had 3 acres and have done so many amazing things with that tractor. We went in a year later and purchased a zero turn mower from them. And then visited them again this year in August 2018. Amazingly after 7 years, Josh just by hearing my husband's name remembered exactly who we were and what he sold us. Now with 55 acres of land, we bought a small bush hog for our little tractor which works great. Within about 3 months, we realized we needed more equipment for our larger property and Josh came through yet again! Husband got his bigger MX5800 with all of his needed attachments and I got my toy of the RTV1140. Great value and unbeatable customer service. We will always use Fouts Tractor. For them it is not about getting the most money from you but ensuring the customer gets the right equipment to suit their needs.
