Will not recommend Jack Griggs. Customer service extremely unprofessional. I asked for status of delivery and they can't guarantee when the driver will be available. It's going on 5 days now and no propane. Workers don't care that's been day that you don't have any propane and absolutely no empathy. I commented that other companies have a better pulse on the delivery and she said I could go with some one else. Will be looking for other services.

I am new to propane and this home. I ran out of fuel made a call to jack Griggs, within 2 hours of me calling Bob showed up and gave me some fuel. This may sound like a lot of time but it was on Sunday December 31, a holiday weekend. Bob was very friendly and professional. He answered all the questions I had. I do recommend them highly!

We have had Jack Griggs for several years now and they always go out of their way to be helpful and have offered me multiple solutions for my million questions about purchasing a tank. Their prices have always been comparable and they are quick to deliver propane. The staff has been friendly and very helpful every time I have contacted them.

The employees are considerate on the phone, and the delivery people always keep my tank full. I appreciate what they do, and if I ever have a concern they are right on it and get it taken care of. I have had attractive offers from other companies to get my business, but I am very happy with Jack Griggs and intend to stay with them.

I would not recommend Jack Griggs to anyone! I have had several propane companies over the years and never had a problem. I tried to order propane and I am home Wendsday, Thursday, Friday, and Tuesday afternoon. They will not deliver!!!!! They will only deliver at their convince Tuesday morning when i work. I plan on changing companies as soon as I can.

I am happy to say Jack Griggs just worked out a delivery time. I feel much happier with them and I should report the change.

We finished building our new home early this year and it was so easy to get things set up with Jack Griggs. We especially love that they will monitor our propane level and automatically come out to fill it, and that we have the ability to buy propane during the off-season when prices are low and bank it. No worries that we'll run out of propane. Thank you for making our experience wonderful so far. We've already recommended you to several friends!

We moved out to the country 18 years ago and have used Jack Griggs the entire time. I'm bad about calling them at the last minute when we are nearly out of propane. They are always understanding and let me know that they will call a driver to see if he can come out that day or asap. Always!! they end up coming out that same day. I never check on prices for they are always comparable and I truly appreciate their business and their courtesy.

Be aware there is a 5 gallon minimum they won’t tell you until it’s too late and the tank is already filled and no they won’t let you go get other tanks to meet the minimum. Just need to fill little one gallon tank for the overland setup. Got charged 20 bucks for 0.8 gallons.
