I came across this company through my jiujitsu connections. I had the privilege to try some of their meats. It's rare to find beef that you dont need extra sauce to make it taste great. I put the bare minimum seasonings on a New York steak and it's amazing. Dont pass a chance to try their product, you won't be disappointed. 5 stars easy.
