RSF Insurance was able to take care of me when other places gave me the run around. Laura and the other ladies were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Avoid this agency. Our home owners coverage was cancelled due to concerns about wild fires in California. This agent wanted three times more to provide basic homeowners coverage when alternative underwriters are available to provide the same coverage at a reasonable cost. The owner Craig Edwards has used this trend to personally profit from increased premium commissions instead of advocating for and protecting the community he has served for the past 30 years.
