Another edited review, seems like I have to do this more than I want to. I recently shopped an ad where there was a 25% discount on ANY 6 bottles of wine, so I bought 6 bottles of Gallo 1.75 bottles, went I got home I noticed I didn't receive the discount. I read the fine print which is on a separate page and very tiny which states, "On any wine or spirts of 750ml size" and the regular 10% discount is not in effect during the 25% offer! I did complain to corporate which did refund me $5 to use at their stores. Now this coming up sales ad is pulling the same nonsense this week, I won't fall for this twice, stop being deceitful and taking advantage of the elderly and at least let the 10% stand as it always did. PS Albertsons & Safeway also offer 10% off 6 bottles.

This is my Fry's location but disappointed with the deli and produce departments. On our last visit we wanted cold cuts, my wife waited 5mins before 1 out of 4 employees helped the person ahead of us while the other 3 just kept doing stuff without one word spoken to us or even eye contact. Two other customers walked away after another 5 mins passed we left also. Produce is not the freshest and a lot of it is soft, and no shucking trash can for stripping corn. I will still enjoy shopping here, but will go to Sprouts for produce & Deli, sorry.

Anne to the rescue! We were in the self checkout lane when we discovered a sale price issue. Anne fixed our problem immediately! She was so kind and friendly! Thank you Anne for our 5 Star service! I would highly recommend shopping at this Fry’s store.

My wife and I were looking for Aleve in the drug store we looked and looked and couldnt find it. I asked a pharmacist for help and he yelled back it is right there. Long story he finally came out to help and found it then laughed at me and walked away. Next we looked at half and half and it has one year old expiration dates on it. We looked it up and thats the way Kroger sells it. Checking out the young woman said I needed to bag my own bags. A bit upset I remarked I can do this at Winco. She apologized but still customer service at Fry's is pretty much non existent. Unless I am truly desperate I will not return.

Get more help. Was there sunday at 4 30. 4 self serve checkouts open. 7 people in line waiting to use the self serve you have all those other self checkouts open them up. Walmart from now on. Frys never changes or cares

Big beautiful store! The employees arent really about their customers and are not very caring as well. And the prices are sky high maybe due to the location but it's gotten better over the last 2 weeks.

Worst experience. And Miss thang Wendy made it 100% worse. Stip talking to me like I'm stupid. Stop treating people like they are dumb and don't know anything. You are disrespectful and totally rude. I will let everyone know in my neighborhood not to support frys any longer. Wendy should not have the privilege of a job there. Transfer her or fire her. But I won't shop there and I will tell everyone else the same. God thing we have choices here. And if frys employs people like that they need to go.
Wendy do your dam job. Stop thinking that calling me hun was going to make me believe your stupidity.

Dont buy gas at this store. The gas station is always a problem. If you try to get help u have to wait in line while people buy there junk food.

There is a lady who works here that wears a beanie, she is at self checkout or she does work the regular checkout lanes as well but she is unbelievably RUDE! No reason to be rude to customers that are spending their hard earn money at YOUR store.. she should be fired honestly. I don’t know why Fry’s would even hire someone like that.. everyone else at that store is phenomenal and kind! but for some reason she’s always rude to me and my family.
