I recently hired ThunderScapes to install a new landscape for my front and backyard. I was so impressed with their work, and I wanted to write a review to share my experience.

First, I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from ThunderScapes. They were very responsive to my calls and emails and took the time to understand my needs and goals for my backyard. They also offered me several options and were very patient and helpful as I made my decision.

Once I chose a design, the ThunderScapes team got to work immediately. They were very professional and efficient, keeping me updated on the project's progress throughout the process. The finished product is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

In addition to the beautiful design and impeccable workmanship, I was also really impressed with the quality of the materials that ThunderScapes used. They used high-quality plants and materials and took the time to install everything correctly. I know that my new landscape will last for many years to come.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with ThunderScapes. They are a professional and experienced company I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new front or backyard landscape.

Thunderscapes provided our backyard landscaping including a large area of pavers and travertine in early 2020. With some recent rain and over the past couple of years we have had some settling in the travertine areas creating some uneven surfaces. I called their service department and they sent out a crew to fix several areas at no cost to me, even though we were outside the warranty period. They did great job and took care of my concerns within 1 week of my call. Excellent customer service! Thank you very much!

Thunderscapes did our landscaping when Thunderbird Pools installed our swimming pool in 2021. Arturo and his team were fantastic, attentive, timely, and very good at their job. As with all work of this nature, things did not go perfectly. Arturo and Thunderscapes made sure everything was tended to properly and kept me informed along the entire journey.

Recently, I had a plumbing leak in the backyard (in wall, not related to any landscaping). The plumber repairs the leak, but left a hole in the wall and the sprinkler system offline (had to cut sprinkler line to repair leak). Vivian was very responsive and quick to schedule. Thunderscapes came out right away and charged a very fair price to patch the wall and repair sprinkler system.

5 stars for service, reliability, and price.

ThunderScapes did an amazing job on our backyard renovation. We weren't entirely sure what type of landscaping or rocks to choose for around the pool, so one of the guys met us at our house and provided us with several options and he gave his personal opinion on what would look best. We love how it turned out and couldn't recommend them enough!

We used Thunderscapes to do the landscaping along with our pool from Thunderbird Pools. We have been extremely happy with the quality of the work. The work proceeded very quickly. Thunderscapes provided all new landscaping in the front, side, and backyard around the pool including pavers, travertine decking, fire pit, pergola, built in BBQ, turf, landscape lighting and irrigation and plants. All of the crews were very meticulous and professional. Arturo was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

Thunderscapes is phenomenal, my wife had an idea and they made everything so simple. From selecting the plants to the layout, it looks amazing. I'm extremely glad we went with travertine on the existing patio and for the deck, the installers did a great job and knocked it out way faster than I had thought. Thank you!
