Keeney’s was a true treat! Nestled at the back of the grocery is some of the best home cooking I’ve had in a LONG time! The chicken and dressing was perfect as was the okra (which was breaded and perfectly seasoned in house). Everything we ate was clearly made from scratch in their kitchen, and it was a great deal too! Will absolutely return when I’m back in Malvern. We met the owner of 67 years, too—a real testament to Keeney’s success!

Wow!! The best cast iron skillet biscuits you can buy anywhere. When fresh with their own smoked bacon.. I should've got 6 to go... Man were they good.
Update... Again this place is on an old school level that you don't see anywhere.
Mr. CK (owner, 85 yrs old I think) is there working this corner market like they did 50 yrs ago. His cast iron biscuits are the BEST in the country, seriously. With his own smoked bacon or his own homemade sausage patty. No one is even close! And he is a wonderful gentleman.

The food is good but every time I come here the waitresses are so rude and act like they don’t wanna be here, maybe they don’t, no one likes to work but they need to fix their attitude. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and they used to be a good place to come to and I used to enjoy the company of these people but now I want to eat and get out asap. The lady that took our order was extremely rude and kept rolling her eyes every time I asked her a question. Absolutely ridiculous how much this place has fallen. It’s very sad because the Keeneys are very nice people and very attentive but they just hired the wrong people.

We are Thankful to this store because they hold Gwen at the back door. So she can't go anywhere farther. She got out on 9 to 10AM (Sunday) and we Got her back at around 9to10PM. Because somebody posted a comment on my post that she saw her in Keeneys. Thank you

Wonderful place right in town, great food , minute steak and gravy, mashed potatoes, okra peas or beans, rib’s w/BB sauce, sandwiches, steaks. Friendly atmosphere and the owner/cook is a great guy to talk with. The whole Keeney family are wonderful people.

Authentic, small town atmosphere. Restroom could be cleaner. Very accommodating. Terrific, homemade sausage. Two biscuits, gravy and two coffee $22. A tad pricey, but worth the experience.
