We’ve been ordering from Grass Roots for a couple years for our meats and have had a great experience with the quality and selections for the most part. However, the last two times we ordered we’ve noticed quite an alarming change in the amount of meat we receive. We order the same things each time and so the difference in quality and quantity is very noticeable. Our order of chicken thighs (for $14.95) only had two thighs. That’s extremely expensive compared to the quantity we have gotten in previous years. We also noticed the ground beef packages are smaller than previously (for the same cost). I understand with inflation prices go up, but the quantity is what is a problem for me. Unfortunately, we will opt for buying organic meats from our local grocery store for the same price but for a better quantity.
