A very nice Popeye's Chicken location. The food was nice and hot and freshly prepared. It's nice to go into a place and get food that hasn't sat under the warmer for a long time. This restaurant was I was there during lunch time which meant they were pretty busy but the dining area was very clean. The service was excellent. Amazing how quick they are able to get an order ready. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I hate to say it... but it was not good. However, the girl in the drive-thru was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, helped us thru the menu, and was such a joy that regardless of the food, she made this experience a 3 star. I appreciate her and her customer service

The food was good the service was great but there prices are insane
A 8 piece 2 sides 3 drinks and some biscuits were $75. Never eatin here before never will again. Popeyes is way over priced. They paid for too much advertising.

POPEYES!!! Mountain Home, AR!

OK, I REALLY like Popeyes chicken but today was the 3rd time in a row, within the past week, I’ve gone through the drive through, only to get to the window and hear, “There’s going to be about a 15 minute wait on Spicy”. I had them take my order off and only got my wife’s sandwich. I have been patient up until now but I vented this time. I told the lady at the window that this has happened 3 visits in a row and that their their manager needed to get their act together, that this was a horrible way to do business. I’m going to assume she was the manager, as she, with a “look away” and a sarcastic, “I’m doing the best I can. Have a nice day” she firmly closed the window. I did get out “no you’re not or you wouldn’t be out of food”, before the window closed.

Maybe I deserved the sarcasm, as I was firm and forceful, but this NEVER used to happen at this franchise and now it seems to be a regular thing. I’m a former restaurant owner and there’s no excuse for this.

Me and my son came there this evening, we ordered a lot of wings, I knew there would be a wait, it wasn't long, while I was there they were slammed by people and had to stop for a few moments while chicken was cooking my food came out and it was very tasty, I had boneless wings , my son had bone in wings,,the cashier Brook, was very friendly, and combined the items I ordered so it was less expensive, all in all,everything was a great experience

Worst experience ever. I live 35 to 40 minutes away from the store. I order the Cajun fries and spicy chicken sandwich an they gave me fried shrimp instead. Whoever is the manager needs to start teaching their employees to check the food before it goes out the window. Never eating there again. The manager of the store decided to hang up on me cause I didn't get the correct food an said was gonna right my name in a book. Said there's allergey warning on the door and drive thru window so did some digging an guess what there's no sign saying anything about food allergies. Contacted corporate.
