My work takes me to the Mill on the Samoa Peninsula, which is where the owner has his salt production, and he went over the way that the water was boiled down and basically dehydrated to make the purest salt youncan find anywhere. It is a pretty amazing process, ingenious in it's simplicity, and yet supremely effective. I've tried his salt and it is wonderful. Recommend 100%!
