I placed an order on May 8th, 2024 for 2 pairs of Maggie's Organic Cotton tights. I received the order and both pairs smelled like mold and 1 pair had stains on the tights and on the packaging. I kept 1 pair and the other pair I needed to return. I emailed them to ship them back for a refund. They provided the label and have their item back. They did not issue a refund. Yet their refund policy states that if an item is defective you will receive a refund for the item and shipping costs. It is now May 28th, 2024 and I still do not have my refund and Paypal is involved in this case. This is insane for a total of $21.95 refund. Do not order online from this company. They may be just fine if you buy in there brick and mortar store. But online is bad. Save yourself the headache. Read the other reviews...
