Our experience with Niagara Implement Inc. was amazing! We ran into some stock issues because of the pandemic and Al went above and beyond to find the tractor we wanted and had it delivered within a week. Everyone that we worked with was very friendly,Knowledgeable and had no problems answering even the dumb questions. Austin was our delivery guy, He was on time, friendly and did a great job showing us how everything worked. He also surprised my kids with the toy they were looking at when we were at the store. Overall we received great customer service the kids love their new toy and we love ours. What more could you ask for!? We would recommend them to anyone with your tractor needs.

Super helpful staff for more than just Kubota parts. We are out of state, headed to Hamlin State Park with our GMC truck and camper. Blew the large clamp on our turbo hose, and they were able to find us a suitable clamp to get us back and running again. Didn't get the staff members name.. but thanks again for going above and beyond to help us!

I have bought a few lawn implements from them in years past. But when it cane to larger equipment there prices were 10 's of thousands off for other companies with same stuff. So forced to buy elsewhere. Well after trying to business with them for repairs. They have lack of knowledge on newer re gen equipment. Also have no communication on contacting customer before repairs. So when you question them why they didn't call you before repairs are done. They basically say it is what is is. My suggestion would be to purchase for a larger dealer. Thiese people believe that you have no other options. They treat you like you owe them. I honestly would shop elsewhere cause this is a old school business. That only care about themselves.

I'm not a handy enough person to repair my own lawn tractor and snow blower attachment, so the quality of the service dept is really important to me. They are wonderful -- I've had folks from there come out in storms after 6pm. The office staff is great, too. Last, they primarily deal with Kubota and these are great machines -- very solid. Was happy to buy the machine from them (not cheap, but free financing for 3 yrs) because I feel as though I "bought" Niagara Implement, too. Love the company, hope to be dealing with them for many years.

(p.s., in the interest of full disclosure, I should also mention that I'm a klutz and have done a number of dumb things requiring service calls. They've not only fixed the problems, but have refrained from laughing at me 🙂

I used to work for a competitor. People asked me why I made my investment in a Kabota Zero Turn Mower at Niagara Implement. It was because over the years I saw how good their service really was and how well they treated their customers. The service and the value for price made Kubota and Niagara Implement the natural choice. The integrity of Al, Matt, Greg and the entire staff is what impresses me still today. Now years later when I needed them they were there for me. Well done. I have done and still do time after time I recommend these folks and their products wholeheartedly! Never be afraid to work with the very best...you won’t be disappointed!
