Always extremely long waiting times. Too long. Staff, there are some arrogant people, some friendly. At late night place getting pretty crowded. For loblaw and others, they warn people load might be not ready before 6pm. They have a washroom for drivers. No food truck comes here. Kind of a gong show. Typical bad produce shipper. Overnight parking possible, they are so slow, they have no other choice.

This is the worst place, took so long to load nd the staff is rude. It’s been 10 hours i m here nd still waiting for dock. The guy in office was justifying that by sying someone is waiting from yesterday. I didn’t get like what kind of achievement is that which you are telling me. Nd he was like i do not have any control on anyone then why are sitting there

Wish I could give them 10 stars, they accepted incoming load a day early and were SUPER CHILL ABOUT IT. AMAZING PEOPLE
I came around closing time and they still accepted it.

Couple of points
• They have overnight parking and security
• Restrooms stay open for overnight drivers
• Unloading is SUPER FAST (15-20 min)
• Amazing people who understand.
• I’ve been delivering here for couple of months now and they treat me like family.

Rude staff, took me 10 hours to get out of this place. Their loads are never ready , stupid sales man or shipping office may be. So better call and ask if your load is ready or what time it's gonna be ready so that u don't waste your whole day over there. Your reefer and truck runs continuously which depreciates the value of your load and equipment.

Friendly staff, took about 15 minute wait for a door and like another 45 to load 3 pallets. The lot is big so it's perfect for new drivers.

Check in inside wait for door they will call.. slide tandoms back.. chock tire.. unhook air(red).. get loaded.. check out inside for Bol's.. then roll out!! Parking available before and after loading if available space is open

They were used to be really quick when you get door but not anymore ive been waiting here since all day to get product ready and when finally gets the door its still more then hour and nobody wants to load its just 3 pallets and took me all day here

No overnight parking on premises, can park along the fence on the road. Check in on ipad , can do before 8 AM.Overall not a bad place at all, in my experience.
