I never write reviews but decided I needed to. Bought a set of tracks for my CAT 287B skidsteer. They were delivered and I hired two different mechanics to put them on. They both said they were not the right size. Finally after a hours of wasted time SRJ finally admitted to the mistake and sent new tracks. Cost me a few weeks downtime and hours of frustrating labor. Company said they would make it right. Never heard from them again once I sent the wrong size tracks back. Go somewhere else for your rubber track needs.

I've had great success with SRJ. We use rubber tracks on much of our rental fleet. Communication is excellent and upfront about availability and recommendations for track type with certain applications. Steve is extremely helpful.

I've waited for 3 months to get my tracks, Nothing but a run around here.
And they will not warranty the cracks and split tracks that I have from SRJ. They wanted to tell you they will give you the best deal but in the long run it is no deal.....

Horrible will send wrong size tracks they steal designs for products from other companies products will be improperly made cta pieces cant make it past 50yards and they might not return your money for months
