We had the best experience with this group; both Phillip and Hamilton were incredible to work with as well as their crew. We were referred them by a friend who had them perform a major backyard project.

We were sourcing a few different options for backyard contractors and they came in with the most fair and transparent pricing as well as a very expeditious timeline. They were responsive and honest in every aspect of the project. Additionally their process allowed for us to have full visibility into what we were getting even before the first shovel broke ground.

We really enjoyed working with Phillip and Hamilton and already are trying to plan our next project with them!

Hamilton is a very hard worker. He took the time to investigate our issues and then explaining and demonstrating what he found and then making repairs at a reasonable price. He also took the time to train us and explain how the system operates.

Hamilton and his entire team has been exemplary in the way they have handled this job! We have been so pleased with every aspect of this project. They have been courteous, timely, respectful and helpful. Our yard is going to be beautiful when the grass greens and takes root. The landscaping and lighting is absolutely gorgeous. I would and will recommend Land and Agricultural Management to all who need landscaping or any kind of outside yard assistance. BLAM has done several projects for us, major landscaping project after house was finished. We are on 6 acres and are about 1/4 mile off of main road. Did 1/2 acres of grass, trees and other plantings, irrigation and drainage. Was a major project over 2 months, did a good job of the work and even better of communication. Had them back to finish the work after the pool we had installed was complete. Over past 2 years, did some additional irrigation work as well as replace some trees that were drought killed, under warranty. They are are our go to folks for anything to do with landscape lighting, irrigation and repair. Hamilton is a solid, honest guy who communicates promptly, does what he promises, and continues to follow up afterwards to ensure we are pleased and the work remains satisfactory.

Hamilton & his crew were great to work with, excellent communication before+during+after our project. Quality of work was excellent, and they took a lot of care to investigate everything weird they ran in to on my property and leave it better than when they started.

I highly recommend these guys! They installed a drain, brought in new soil, planted sod and planted three new trees for me. Philip and Hamilton were great to work with. Their communication was great. I never had to worry about when they were coming or what they were doing because Philip communicated the whole time to keep me in the loop. I was out of town the last day of the job and Hamilton even came by and watered the new sod the next day since I was not there. You can’t go wrong with choosing these guys for your project!
