They’re constantly moving items around so it’s nearly impossible to find what you’re looking for unless it’s one of the big sections like clothing, horse stuff, etc. I still don’t feel comfortable coming here alone either after that guy was stabbed. Hopefully this place can turn around a bit, feel safer

I absolutely love Fleet Farm and I have since I was a kid, anything and everything you need for camping, fishing,hunting, raising animals of all kinds, car care, grilling, clothing for the whole family and an amazing selection of snacks and trail mixes.

Needed critter seed for the squirrels and this was an easy choice to shop. Close proximity to Chaska. I even picked up a cute plaid shirt from the clearance rack. The check out gal was friendly and helpful. It seems they have anything you might need. Was hoping to kill two birds with one stone and pick up some milk but the coolers were out of order. No big deal.

Very helpful staff and probably the most well stocked fleet Farm I’ve ever been to. Actually, I should be damning you guys because I cannot walk in that damn place and not walk out with Pea gravel, a fishing pole, beef jerky, and popcorn.

Usually I love fleet farm and their online purchase and yard pick up. Today you didn't meet expectations.
The product picker gave defective merchandise and zero quality control for the person fulfilling the order. In fact he handed things off and then took off immediately.
The main problem-an electrical circuit breaker in obviously opened packaging making it suspect, and I missed the fact that the tackle bag didn't include all of the trays (only 6 vs advertised 8). I only noticed and confirmed that it was supposed to be 8 when I got home.
Usually your store is great, today I was very disappointed.

Update and change of rating.
Despite the experience this morning, I received a call from the store manager shortly after my review and customer service email. He was quick to see what he could do to remedy the issues and I truly believe this was a one-off issue today. Thank you Fleet Farm.

Overall it was a good experience and some of their prices were extremely competitive even against national retailers such as menards, home depot, and even Walmart.com

Purchased a water heater on a Friday due to an emergency. Placed the purchase on their app but could not apply a discount code for $100 off. Called their main customer service number which were friendly, but could not help and transferred me to the store. Spoke to a manager named Zach who quickly resolved the issue and applied a refund right away. Zach was very empathetic, knew that the problem with the app existed, and took care of me without a trip to the store. Highly recommend this location. Service is excellent!

It's a good store. Nothing more than tractor supply just bigger. I was definitely disappointed and not overwhelmed. Again. It's no different than a tractor supply. Just bigger. Kind of like a Menards just way smaller
