Raw Stromboli. Under cooked It is a medium deluxe Stromboli. Doughy and sticky inside. And light brown on the outside.
I would like my Money back please!
This happened on April 13 2025. So I called and told a nice young man and he told me to call.back the next day. So I did and the manager/owner was not there. and i was told by a young lady to call back tomorrow. All I want is my money back from a raw deal. They want to give me another one at half price. Why would I want to pay again for something I couldn't eat the first time!!! I live 20 miles away from them and won't go there anymore. I took pictures and going to post them on Facebook. I guess you learn and move on.

Fox’s Pizza in Emporium has decent food, but the customer service is seriously lacking. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here, all due to rude and inattentive employees.

One visit stood out when my boyfriend and I ordered a cookie pizza and a medium pizza. We didn’t receive plates at first, and I overheard employees making sarcastic comments about how "it might’ve been a good idea" to give us plates then dismissing it. Eventually, we got plates with our normal pizza, but the attitude was unnecessary. Meanwhile, an employee (I believe her name was Grace) spent most of the time leaning on the counter, scrolling on her phone.

On another occasion, I placed an online order and went in to pick it up. I politely said, "Hi, I'm here to pick up an online order for (name)," and the employee rudely responded, "What’s the name" even though I had just said it. He then grabbed my order without another word. I also had a drink with my order, which I didn’t receive though that might’ve been on me for not knowing if I was supposed to grab it myself.

If the service was even halfway decent, this place would be fine. But with the consistently rude employees, it’s just not worth it. If you must eat here, I’d recommend takeout so you don’t have to deal with the poor customer service.

Horrendous service. I've had so many problems with this place. Recently I ordered a pizza, prepaid. An hour passed. Never got to me. Thought maybe there was an issue so I called. They told me they delivered it to the wrong address. How they knew this is beyond me but they never told me so had I never called I would have payed for something I never got.

Thing is I don't think they ever made it or if they did perhaps they ate it themselves. I sat on my porch waiting and not once did I see a single delivery car come down my street.

Some of their staff and drivers are also horribly rude. There's one driver who always gives me a subtle attitude. The one girl who works behind the counter is incredibly rude. She just shrugged and held up a receipt when I told them my order was wrong.

Oh and half the time when I get my pizza its cold. I live three minutes away from the restaurant.

Place is also always dirty yet their cleaning guy always finds a way to stand in the way of the door with his headphones in pretending he doesn't notice I'm trying to come through.

Not going to this place again. This and the other place down the street treat their customers like garbage because they basically have a small town monopoly on pizza here. Gonna start making mine at home more.

Regular customer. Pizza is always good. Delivery is usually a wait. But tonight it took less than 30 minutes to get it. And it was so so hot! But very delicious!

Fox's makes a great steak sub that I never miss getting at least once whenever I make a trip to my hometown. Their other food is good too.

One problem I have with them however is that the menu on their app doesn't reflect what is available in the store. Making it difficult many times to order through the app to take advantage of offers because what I want isn't there. If they fix that finally all of their customers would be a lot happier.
