Horrific customer service by your employee. She was very rude. My phone died and I came in and she was nice enough to charge it. I was going to buy a gift for my friend who is very into CBD and lowkey a famous tiktoker. She gets migraines. While talking to your employee I asked her where she was from. She said, “don’t worry about where I’m from”. I said ok never mind I don’t want to buy something from here. She said you just wanted to charge my phone and told me to leave the store. Customer service is dead. Go back to the DMV please.

The product is fantastic. I love the lemon flavor of the 03 . I use it before bedtime and I also love it in my proprietary mixture to apply topically.
The company is great to deal with and communicate by phone call every so often; adds a great personal element that is lacking in today's world.

I was on a mission specifically to find CBDV oil. Blue Forest Farms was one of the few places that popped up. It was also the one site that was fully comprehensive! It had detailed info about their products, as well as blog stories of success and was easily navigable.
When I asked around about the company and the product, especially local friends in Colorado, they had nothing but positive stories about the product quality and customer service.
It wasn't until Bri from customer relations reached out to see if I was satisfied with my purchase that I knew I chose the right company! We discussed what I loved and less loved and what I was trying to achieve. She shared overview information on how others in similar situations had success. She did not rush the conversation and genuinely seemed dedicated to her role and her customers.
If you have any concerns or questions, you should definitely drop them a line. If you're worried about their quality or need some hand holding, don't be; excellent all around.

I have been using 07 on subscription now for a number of months and the drops for my pup. I find the product very effective at both helping me handle stress at work and in dealing with the arthritis pain in my knee. I plan on keeping this subscription!
