They are the worst company to do business with. My husband and son paid off a tractor 3 years ago. They had paid it off early. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on my son's check; he wrote the numeral amount correctly but on the line where you spell out the amount, he made a 500-dollar mistake. We didn't hear anything for 3 years and we didn't catch the mistake until they called my husband saying he owes 1,500. We hadn't heard anything about it for 36 months until they called, even though they claim to have sent out letters every month. We don't believe that 36 pieces of mail got lost; it seems more likely that they were never sent. We've lived at the same address for almost 17 years and have the same number they recently called my husband on. They were also rude. They claimed that even though the checks had "tractor payoff" on them and it was all taken out of the bank at once, they say they actually took it out month by month, one payment at a time. Then, when 1,000 in late fees were added, they called my husband.

Heather, the person that handles the deceased accounts is the harshest, most rude, abrasive person I've ever dealt with in my life. We lost our son in June and she wants my husband and I to put the loan in our name, although not ONE payment has been missed. I think I may just stop paying and let them repossess. My advice to anyone is DON'T DIE if you have a loan with them.

Their website says that they put farmers first and do the right thing, I believe that's false advertising. They took advantage of an honest $500 mistake on a check, it costed me another $1000 3 years after I believed the tractor was paid off.

They are the worst. They have changed from payment books to billing statements, changed the mailing address, and have become very confusing to deal with. Today I called and after a long wait was told by Amber that everything is my fault or the Post Office... not too mention she was not very pleasant. I am done with these guys. I am going to pay off my tractor and never use them again. You should not either. I wish I had looked at the Google Reviews before I got involved with them. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Absolute worst finance company I have ever dealt with. They close at 5 (exept on Thursday) however when you call at 4:30 on a Wednesday, the VM states they are closed and lists the hours they are open. I have dealt with several rude customer service agents over the last two years. You give the account number, let them know what you need, and you have to repeat yourself several times because they can't remember what you've asked for. I will never finance through them again and will never purchase another Massey Furgason LEMON for better words again. Buyer beware!!

I would HIGHLY not recommend financing through this company. Massey's products are good but their financing tactics are very suspect. I have asked numerous times for breakdowns of how they arose at particular amounts and not once did they provide, they try and talk around it like the slimey salespeople they are.

Such a disorganized and messed up finance company! Half the time their site doesn't work, takes months to get an address corrected, I had 2 separate bills on the same account with completely different amounts and totals. There are service charges hidden and added when they shouldn't be. Seems like such a scam.

From a farm dealership perspective, they're great to work with. They are honest and straight forward with the customer, and quick to respond and make adjustments as needed. I would recommend to a friend.
