All pumps are constantly down, they lock one door from each side I guess they chose which one every other week. No customer service skills but then again some of the customers have no people skills either. Saw one time staff was verbally harassed. I just stopped going because the pumps are consistently not working so I go to Texaco further down the street

This Speedway is now part of 7-11 and has new staff. Sadly, staff here has pretty much no customer service skills. After my experience today, I will no longer get gas or anything else at this location. I will drive to a location with excellent customer service. When Princess and the other Speedway staff were there, they greeted people coming into the store, were pleasant and even chatted for a moment. The fellow who was working today was the only one with any customer service skill.

Woman who helped me today was absolutely horrible. I've seen her cuss out customers multiple times, she went on a total and complete power trip on me today. I spend $3-400 a month here but NEVER AGAIN. she should be put on a performance improvement plan or let go, I will not spend another dollar here after how their staff treated me today. Not worth the hassle or the terrible attitudes

Absolutely the worst experience I could have ever imagined with the lady that was behind the counter on the morning of 04/11/2024. All I needed was a receipt for the over $100 I just spent on gas as the pump did not issue one. From the minute I stepped inside she ordered me to stand on one of your covid floor stickers, turns out that wasn't good enough, so she made me step out of the walkway to not impede other people in the store - THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE in the store except the one person in front of me. And then since I was perturbed when she finally asked what I wanted I said, "Number 3 and pointed at my car" and her response, "what about number 3". I cannot believe that management would allow someone like that to represent your brand. Of course I just read some of the other reviews about the same identical issue so..............I guess our business just does't matter.

Waited over 10 min this morning just to get gas. Pulled up once again In the middle of a shift change. Oh my lord they take forever. Then get in they help 1 guy & say there system is down. Wait another 10 min. They finally say we can help me now, I told them I can't put in my speedy rewards # cause there screen was black, the head lady in charge looks at me like I'm stupid, gives me attitude, I ask can u put in my speedy rewards from ur side, lady in charge was upset I asked, No ur just out of luck she tells me. No sorry for the inconvenience for all the waiting and games they played today it was like I was inconvenience them for trying to get gas. Sorry for coming, will not go to this location again. Not 1st time I've had major adduitde from head lady in there. I'm sorry u don't like ur job or people but ur in customer service & should at least try to be positive & a good person. Thank you for making me realize this place is not safe and treat people like trash. Now I now tnx

They don’t let their costumers use their restroom or is just a racial thing.

As I was walking to the restroom, I heard white lady yelling saying no restroom no restroom . She sounded rude and Very unprofessional. Go buy gas somewhere else.

I wish I read the reviews before shopping. They don’t lie one bit.

Came here filled up my tank. went to use the restroom thats clearly there. and the rude lady at the counter said i dont have a restroom.. I said theres one rite there and she said nope dont have one... will not ever come back. and recomend others not to aswell. Im a rideshare driver and we tend to need to use the restroom while we get gas cause we are out for hours on end..

Friendliest staff of a gas station I have ever encountered. Due to that reason I signed up for their rewards program by just typing in my phone number and I will be buy my gas there from now on. I want to give a shout out to Rhonda the manager. She is always there when I get gas and we have great conversations every time. GET YOUR GAS HERE!!!
