I have a small little deli, and ordered my bagels from Chris (regional manager) and occasionally brioche & Italian rolls for large catering orders. My regular order was very small, I understand if I was too small, but they just quit delivering, won't return calls, couldn't they even give me a heads up...just left me hanging with no notice and no product. 🙁 They did it to my partner in Lakeside too, and he had a much bigger order than me. So... I don't know if they are going out of business or what..... Still sucks in the way of customer service.
