The refried beans were old and dry would not even stick to the taco shell. they put lettuce in a cheese roll up was out of rice the Baja blast was out and when we said something the guy just turned around and said well the Baja is out we need to change it as he walked away and never even acknowledged I said anything The service on the other hand was a disgrace. I understand being up with technology but come on now. These people were ignoring every customer at the front counter. An older gentleman asked for help and was told one moment and someone walked by him multiple times. the drive thru girl stopped what she was doing to go clean the lobby while a customer was waiting to place an order. this is the worst exp I’ve had in a long time will not be back!!!!

Came through drive thru, ordered a veggie Mexican pizza specifically without meat. Got to destination and determined we got an all meat Mexican pizza, also when asked about napkins was told they have a strict two napkins per order, also had an order of nachos with cheese that only had 7 chips in it. Management needs to do better than this, it’s sad this is what we’ve come to have to deal with now. This order was at approximately 1015p on 10/7/24.

Well it was a sad day when taco bell discontinued the taco salad. But when I order two Beef Supreme and their filled with mostly BEENS!!! Well that was the last straw for me . I will never be back. And I'll certainly pass the experience along to all I know , and that's a multitude

This is consistently the location with the worst wait times and tonight the icing on the cake was paying for a large drink, then being told they only had small cups, and couldn't give me a discount unless I ordered more items. Then there were no straws in the lobby, no Fire, Hot, or Mild sauces in the lobby, and the Zero Sugar Baja Blast had no syrup. I have had to wait over 30 minutes previously to pick up a Door Dash order.

I placed an order online, and because it wasn’t loading on their end, they told me I would have to pull back around. I asked why when there was only one car behind me & the order showed as received on my end. She said because they have other orders made already. That can’t be true if they wait until you’re at the speaker before starting your order like the app says.

Traveling from Huntsville to Florence at 11:00 at night I stopped in at Taco Bell at 11:30. They had a long line in the Drive-Thru but it moved quickly I was a little skeptical being the time but the food was fantastic. I ordered two supreme crunch wraps they were great packed with food crispy and flavorful. The young girl at the window was courteous and cheerful even at that late hour with the long line.

Usually when I go to taco bell it's not bad but this last time I went (3 days ago) with my husband and we both had chicken I had both chicken and beef about an hr after we ate we both felt sick and was sick for 2 days we still don't fully feel good with stomachs aches.

I don't know if the workers were having a bad day or what. They closed the dining room after I received my food and wouldn't let anyone else in. There was a customer needing assistance and they were rudely ignored. There appeared to be enough workers making it unnecessary to close the dining room. When I tried to get the workers attention in regards to the people knocking on the door I was ignored. The worker looked at me, didn't respond and basically pretended like I wasn't even standing there. Customer service skills at this location need serious attention.
