Great place to get quality stihl parts for your stihl chainsaw. Unfortunately the gentleman working the cash registers are very rude and if you're planning to get your chains sharpened here I wouldn't advise it. I've had many chains sharpened here and the past few times I've gotten my chains sharpened they don't cut. They look nice they feel sharp but they don't cut. I have another issue. I brought 10 chains in to be sharpened as usual that my 10° angle. I mill with my saw only. I came back 2 weeks later all my chains were cut down and turned into cross cut chains. I was shocked to say the least because now I have $500 of chains I can't use, when I asked them to recut them they refused and kicked me out of the store and told me they didn't need my business. When you purchase parts that they have to order don't expect them within a month You're better off ordering online. It'll be much cheaper and you'll actually get your parts within a reasonable time.

I'm a hardworking mountain woman who operates power tools, everytime I walk in here they treat me like a person. No special treatment, no judging glances, just regular old A + customer service. If I need help finding something I ask, and they gladly help.
I've purchased one gas operated leaf blower, one gas operated weed whacker, numerous cans of mixed fuel, numerous chainsaw sharpens, and the occasional wood stove accessory. But the best part of this place is how warm it always is and how close conveniently close it is to my house.

This place is awesome. Working on property with professional tools is all new to me so I entered as a complete novice. I'm sure they realized that but they never treated me as such. I told them what I was looking to do and what I was looking to get (based on recommendation from a friend), they showed me the item, then gave me a full walk through. They showed me the gear I needed to be safe while working with it, the line I would need to cut the grass on my property, the blades and tools that would work with what I was buying. Then did a full demo on how to start and operate it, complete with carb adjustments to make sure I was ready to roll. The whole time all of the staff were friendly, and they are very knowledgeable. I need a couple of saws and this is where I will be getting them.

Bill, the owner helped me, and the new saw had some scuffs on the handle.
Bill offered to switch it out after it was fueled up with gas and chain lubricant. I thought that was awesome of him. Very nice and helpful. I will refer friends and neighbors for sure. Thanks Bill.

Helpful, friendly people! Only thing that I thought was strange was I reserved a saw and they only held it for the same day they received it (difficult when you work a 9 to 5 and they close at 5:30). I get it, but at least let the customer know this when they make a reserve. My only 2 cents! Cheers.

I have spent a lot of money in this place, bought five to six different saws from these gentlemen. Very helpful when it comes to selling a product, but the opposite when it comes to getting anything repaired or warrantied. I bought a$1, 100 brand new Stihl chainsaw, it ran for maybe five hours and the Piston melted. It has been at the repair shop under warranty going on three and a half months now. I can't cut my firewood until it starts raining it looks like. Everytime I call for a status they tell me they're waiting on parts.. would not recommend this place to anyone. Also brought saws in for spark plugs and they make rude comments about how the chains look like they found the dirt. Almost like belittling you. Just a very rude atmosphere half the time.. save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to go.
