I know that simply being open on a Saturday when every similar store in the area is closed is not in itself necessarily the criterion for 5 stars.
And I know that having a pull start assembly for a specific model of Echo leaf blower in stock, on the shelf, when no one else did (even if anyone else had been open), this avoiding at least a weeks wait time for a special order elsewhere, isn't in itself necessarily worthy of 5 stars. But maybe.
And I know that after researching parts online and in stores, and expecting an investment of $60-120 for the individual part(s), but then being shocked (in q good way) at only having to pay $26 maybe isn't a stand-alone requisite foundation for a 5 star review. But maybe it is.
And being helped at the counter quickly, efficiently, and in a most friendly manner on my very first time ever in there isn't necessarily... Well you get the idea of where I'm going with this ... I hope.
So when you compute the algebraic formula and apply Six's Theorum of Positive Continuity to derive a median assessment with a cosine integer of cubed... ummm... something or rather... You derive a considerably solid 5 stars (out of a possible 5 star) rating.
At least *I* do.
And that was my experience.

Disappointing Customer service .
Price 40% higher than other companies staff absolutely unfriendly and return policy so bad that you end up keeping the equipment.
You get robbed if you want to return purchase was made by mistake.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The line was extensive and the wait while I was there 25 minutes. 3 people waiting in line ahead of me left without being helped.
Noticed their city accounts were immediately attended to while individuals were left to wait.
If time is money for you I suggest going else where.

A really bad service. I called and the lady kept saying let me out you on hold when it would ring. After an hour of her doing this I finally got ahold of Able who was very helpful. I sent him a picture of the part I needed. He told me to call back when I was done and to ask for him. I called back less than two minutes later and the person that answered the phone said he’s on lunch which I knew was not actually true. He said he would go find him and the phone just rang and rang and rang until it hung up. I never get the help or the part due to unbelievably bad service. Gardenland never was this bad in the past.

So been searching for Stihl 201tC chainsaws for some time now, nobody has any in stock. Actually had one guy tell us he's gonna tell us he can have 3 in stock in 2 weeks, but really doubted he could get them in. The usual supply chain nightmare story you hear about everything. But then we found GardenLand in Campbell, a bit of a drive but low and behold they have them in stock, plenty for that matter. Bought 3 on the spot. Now they were a hundred dollars more than last month, but everybody reflected the same price increase. Looks like we just added another source for our shopping!!!

Dropped in looking for a belt for my riding mower. Unfortunately they did not have a belt long enough but they were kind enough to measure the belt for me and give some tips on how to adjust the belt. Looking around I could see that they have some serious equipment for the weekend worrier “like me” and the pro’s. If your looking for any kind of equipment for yard maintenance and then some, this is the place.

Two times the service department told myself and my friend that our garden equipment could not be repaired and we should purchase new machinery. The first time I took an expensive rototiller to another mechanic and he tuned it up for $75 and in ran perfectly. The next time my friend gave me a Sthil leaf blower that wasn't running and Gardenland service told them it wasn't worth repairing so my friend gave it to me. I worked on the carburetor for a few minutes and now it works great . I would not recommend the service department at Gardenland, however the sales department is knowledgeable and helpful.
