I was 2nd truck there 1st thing in the morning to load I was there for 10 1/2 hours once loaded you have to scale of over weight you go back they take some of them. Scale of ok you go back wait for seals and coa then go back to scale wait for you bills avoid if possible

This place used to be an organized shipper. Now it is a dump. There is garbage all over the place. People don't know what they're doing very disorganized. Do yourself a favor do. Not come here.This place sucks the employees clearly do not want to work stay away

Extremely long loading times for tankers. Very dusty lot. Roads around facility are very rough. They think it's a good idea to make the driver drive back and forth through a busy dusty facility instead of having a logical plan. Scale in and drive all the way to the other end of the property to load. Then you drive all the way back to scale heavy. Then, you drive all the way back to where they loaded you so they can seal you. Then, you drive all the way back to the scale to get your paperwork. Geniuses. The workers are nice, though.

If you are picking up a refer load - This is a production plant so be ready to wait for product to be finished. Not sure if you can call ahead and check but would say that would be a ggod idea. My product was not ready for several hours after my appt. The people are very nice so treat them the same. The shipping area is very small. Only 1 or 2 trucks, if that, can park on property before getting a door. They told me to park on fence side of street. They asked for an SO# I didn't have that and they were kind enough to use my PO # to look it up. Was told to wait for a call. I was 3 hours early for my appt. And now it is 2 hours after. They have kept me informed about status the whole time sob that is a positive.

Arrived 15 mins prior to appt time at 08:30, they failed to load until nearly 15:00, finally got paperwork at 18:30. Ten hours because they can't do a job properly. This also set every other pickup late ten hours, for at least the next 24 hrs.

Very friendly staff. Once in a door, was loaded quickly and efficiently. Had a slight problem with the broker and a pickup number, but the shipping office staff was very patient with me while waiting for the correct information. And there is overnight parking on the street.
