Store has everything and employees are nice, it’s just wildly expensive. I would love to do full grocery trips here but would rather go down the hill than be gouged. Feels a little dystopian walking around with the happy holiday music and then seeing how much your total is. Also check expiration dates, took home some pistachio muffins and the texture was a bit off and they were like 6 days past.

We stopped at this small grocery store in Colfax because we were in desperate need of a public restroom and it had been snowing and it was one of the few essential businesses that was open that had a plowed parking lot. There was quite a line for the public restroom, however, once you entered inside it was very clean, modern, and very nice. The prices are actually very reasonable and all the produce was fresh and presented in a very appealing way. It was a very nice local supermarket that has just about everything you need. It's actually much larger on the inside than I thought. The prices of some of the groceries were cheaper than my local grocery store down in Sacramento!

Even for a little market in the middle of the foothills of the Sierra, this place has things that you won't even find at Albertsons or Safeway or raley's. The further you get away from the rat race, the more friendly the people are and there is a bit of a hike in prices, understandably since we are further removed from distribution. But this market is the best I've ever lived next to and I've lived in more places than most people. People. Come here, be satisfied and leave saying the same things that I do.

Although this market is convenient for locals for such as myself, it's criminally overpriced. I feel like the price gouging is not only from COVID, but it's also due to the fact that they are the only market here in Colfax. Not only do they have a monopoly with locals trying to shop for groceries, they also have an abuncance of out-of-towners stopping for snacks on their weekend trips to Tahoe/Reno. Maybe lower the prices for locals Mon-Fri? Just saying... At this point, I'd rather pay for gas just to shop down the hill.

The sandwich I just got today. The bread was dried out. The cheese had crust on it from being dried out. It just was not a good sandwich and it was $11. Come on Marvel do better.

"Kevin" gave me Exceptional Customer Srvc on A Sat Afternoon. I couldn't find A Specific Beverage Product, so he stopped what he was doing, & Went into the back Stocking Area, to Look for the Prod.

There was a kid working at your store that decided to poke at me in front of some girls that were shopping because I just got to the river and my shoes were wet so I decided to walk in with no shoes on and instead of telling me that they can’t let me with no shoes he showed me what I needed which by the way took me 30 seconds And then decided at my shirt that I’m wearing that is a marine shirt that my brother served and that I was wearing and then when I got a gift card for my daughters back to school shopping, he decided to crack more jokes asking him why don’t buy shoes instead of a gift card or I should buy shoes with the gift card Could’ve been so simple for him to ask me to leave instead of trying to poke me 30 seconds I was in there

Small town grocery store. Prices are a sticker shock sometimes, but I always find good deals & absolutely love the staff!!!
