The folks who own this little shop are very, very nice indeed! Non white flour, non GMO, non gluten eadibles are available here. My daughter had non lactose butter on her non dairy waffle and loved it - said it was the best waffle she has ever had too! We stumbled upon this ace by accident and found good people and good stuff here.

So cute, quiet, clean, and simple. Great prices on the mini food items and coffee. The quarter waffle with berries was absolutely delicious. Friendly service. A nice place to sit, drink coffee, eat a bite and read or work for a bit. Outlet access. We will definitely return.

This is a great place. The sourdough is super thick and healthy! I was able to build my own sandwich that had corned beef, tomato, and basil with a garlic EVOO spread and mozzarella cheese. The sandwiches are served open-faced and just the right size.

What an amazing find in Colfax. We stopped her for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The shop seemed a little bare but the bread was wholesome and delicious. The owner was friendly and informative, Lunch was delicious and we will be back for more bread!
