I highly recommend California Crawfish. We used them for our Mardi Gras party down in Los Angeles. We ordered the Premium 33 lb. bag - you can only get bags in 30 to 35 or so lbs, and the Premium crawfish are a bit more money... but WOW - having just been to New Orleans a month earlier for Research of our party, we tried many crawfish there, and for whatever reason, the California Crawfish were bigger, and better tasting. I think we got 2 or 3 that were dead when we got them. Usually it's more from what I hear so that was nice, but honestly it was the size and taste that really was just so astounding. I cooked them myself in a crawfish boil the standard way - so so good.

Do remember that they don't take Credit Card - only direct debit from a bank account - that screwed me royally for a few hours, as I was in a huge hurry and hadn't planned on that - but after we moved money around all was well - they shipped the crawfish via Airplane, we picked up the package at the airport, and were eating the little buggers that night. It's WAY cheaper than ordering from New Orleans. I highly recommend them.
