I had to go to the main office to replace my RTC Discount Clipper card. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. She ensured my request was handed quickly and properly. Generally my experience with any governmental agency is not always a decent process. Most of the time I encounter employees that don't seem to know what to do, and provide poor customer service. I wish I got the name of the woman at the front desk. The woman at the front desk on January 9 was very happy to help me, and was polite. She knew exactly how to resolve my issue. I would have no reservations going back if I needed assistance again.
